Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS

  • We ship to addresses within the contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.
  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. For more information, email hello@nomad1942.com.
  • In-stock orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Orders are shipped via UPS and typically delivered in 3-5 business days to most areas. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • Expedited shipping is available through UPS:
    • 2-day shipping for $20
    • Overnight shipping for $35

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently do not offer shipping outside the United States; however, if you would like to inquire about an international order, please email us at hello@nomad1942.com.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Nomad1942 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer a full refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. Returns are processed in 10-14 business days and refunds can be expected back to the original payment method in 3-5 business days of processing.

Our high-quality cashmere is durable and strong, but it does require gentle handling. Please exercise caution when sending your return to ensure its safe shipping. To qualify for a complete refund, adherence to the following guidelines is essential.

For a full reimbursement:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item must be in its original packaging with tags attached. We kindly ask that you neatly fold and re-pack the item as best you can in its original polybag.

If we do not receive the item as requested, we reserve the right to charge a $15 re-stocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
