Refund Policy
We hope you love your NOMAD1942 product, but we understand if it doesn't work for you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@nomad1942.com within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization and shipping label.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We have a 30-day return policy. This means we offer a full refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. Returns are processed in 10-14 business days and refunds can be expected back to the original payment method in 3-5 business days of processing.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn and unused — with original labels and tags attached, and in its original packaging. Once your returned item has been reviewed, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
PLEASE NOTE: Our high-quality cashmere is durable and strong, but it requires gentle handling. Please exercise caution when sending back your return to ensure its safe shipping. To qualify for a complete refund, adherence to the following guidelines is essential.
For a full reimbursement:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Item must be in its original packaging with tags attached. We kindly ask that you neatly fold and re-pack the item as best you can in its original polybag.
If we do not receive the item as requested, we reserve the right to charge a $15 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
REFUND POLICY FOR GIFT WITH PURCHASE
If you received a free item with your purchase as part of a promotional offer, the free item must also be returned in its original condition if you decide to return the purchased item. If the free item is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from the refund amount. If a partial return or exchange, the gift is free as long as the threshold to earn the Free Gift is still met.
DAMAGED ITEMS
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@nomad1942.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these return requests on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
