Refund Policy

We hope you love your NOMAD1942 product, but we'll understand if it doesn't work for you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@nomad1942.com within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization and shipping label.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn and unused — with original labels and tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Gift with purchase. If the order you placed to receive the Free gift does not include the free hat along with your return, you will be charged the full price of the gift. If a partial return or exchange, the gift is free as long as the threshold to earn the GWP is still met.

Once your returned item has been reviewed, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

 

Refunds, returns and exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@nomad1942.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these return requests on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
